All Deliveries App is an on-demand intra-city and sometimes inter-city delivery technology platform that connects customers (individuals and businesses) with deliverypartners (riders and drivers) to efficiently deliver goods.
If you have to deliver anything within your city, All Deliveries Services can help make that happen perfectly consistent and coherent with technology. Through our web or mobile app, we will match and send the nearest delivery-partner (bike, car or mini-truck) available to pick up your delivery. You can track your goods while our delivery-partners complete the trip. You can register on the App as a User, Sales Agent, Vendor, or Delivery Partner. Download the respective App from Google play store or iOS App store and follow the registration procedure to input the requested information. Users are individuals who download our mobile or web App from Google Play Store or iOS App Store and use the App to request for their delivery services
Delivery Partners are individuals who uses their private fleet ( Bike, three-wheeler, Car, Van, Mini Truck ) to provide delivery services to our App users
Sales Agents are individuals who work privately for All Deliveries. They market and/or sell the All-Deliveries products and services to customers by convincing the customers to download the App to use for their delivery services. They sales agent earn money automatically from his clients when the customers who have downloaded the App through his link use the App to request for delivery services
Vendors are individuals who have digital stores within the All Deliveries mobile and web App for the purpose of selling their goods or products
All Deliveries App can transport all types of goods from documents to huge bulky furniture or commercial goods.
We currently use Mini-Trucks, Vans, Cars, Three-wheelers and Bikes for delivery.
Our delivery partner may help you to set the goods in the vehicle on a friendly basis but we do not provide labour services for loading or unloading of goods. However, if it is required, you can negotiate with your assigned delivery-partner for any required labour. All Deliveries Services company will have no role in this negotiation. There is no guarantee that the delivery-partner will be willing to do the labour work.
All our delivery-partners go through a background verification process. Also, our tracking system allows you to track your goods in real-time, while they are being transported.
Yes, you can schedule a booking a month in advance.
We do serve at odd hours. However, please note that the booking confirmation is subject to the availability of a delivery-partner.
Toll charges are not included in your delivery fare so you have to pay them at the time of crossing the toll or the additional amount to the delivery-partner. The customer has to bear toll fees & other charges over and above the fare amount.
If you cancel after your booking pick-up time is passed and a delivery-partner has been assigned for your goods, then you may be charged a cancellation fee. Conditions for cancellation charges may vary from time to time.
You can add multiple stops to your delivery by clicking on the plus (+) sign in the drop off location. Add the locations as per the route and we can help you deliver at multiple locations effortlessly
Our pricing is algorithmic in nature and is based on the base fare, distance and journey time. Please note that any excess loading and unloading time is considered as a part of the journey time, and hence it is recommended that customers speed up the process. Pricing also varies across available vehicle types – Bike, Three-wheeler / Pick-up / Van / Mini Truck based on their respective base rate.
The maximum time allowed for loading or unloading of goods is 30 minutes. Any excess loading or unloading time beyond the 30 minutes will be charged as additional fees to the customer
If you have provided us with an email address, you will automatically receive an ereceipt for each of your complete orders. Don't want to receive e-receipts? Deactivate the function by clicking 'Edit Profile' and toggling the e-receipt option. Head on to Account Settings to key in your email address now!
The payment method can be selected at the time of order placement. However, we do not offer any credit facility. There are two ways to make payment for your delivery order: • a) Online: Through Mobile Money Transfer on all mobile networks ( Vodafon, MTN, AirtelTigo ) • b) Cash: The delivery service charge can be paid in cash directly to our delivery-partner at the drop location on receipt of your parcel or goods.
The assigned bike or vehicle can be tracked by clicking on the live tracking in your mobile or web app. We also send you an SMS once a delivery-partner pick-up your parcel or goods.
After the booking confirmation, the drop location can’t be changed in the app. However, you can request a change in the drop location to our customer care by calling 0312292994 / 0273182310. We will automatically calculate the new price based on the new drop location

We can assure you of the accuracy of our estimated time to deliver your parcel or goods to the drop location. However, considering the unpredictable nature of traffic & road conditions, we cannot provide any service guarantee.
